The Inn on Arsenal

10/10 Excellent

"What a lovely surprise! A clean and well maintained property clearly taken care of with affection and love. The focus of the counter were helpful and friendly. Everything was done simply as you might expect in budget place, but it wasn’t a stingy budget place… All the generosity of spirit that could be there was there I came from a bit of a distance away for some important medical appointments and being in the city. This size was tough, but they erased my fears by kindness."

Four Points by Sheraton Boston Newton

10/10 Excellent

"We had an awesome view from the 9th floor out a big window. Parking for 20 a night right there is super convenient. We end up staying here when we are going to concerts at Roadrunner. Which I consider walkable to there. A couple miles. Nice hotel. Ac system smelled kind of musty this time."

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Boston Waltham

8/10 Good

"I like that they have microwaves in their rooms. I also like that breakfast is included and they offer a nice selection of breakfast items. The property is away from heavy traffic so that’s nice, but you can hear the vehicles traveling on the interstate very clearly. However, the sounds of the vehicles didn’t interrupt my sleep. The bed was comfortable. There were 2 TVs in my suite but one remote control. The TVs were a nice size and they offered a nice selection of different channels. My shower water was warm instead of hot on my first night but it was hot on the other days. I noticed some red spots along the bottom of the shower wall. They clean the rooms every 2 days maybe. They have washers and dryers that are $3.50 each and you have to download an app to use them. At the very end of my stay I noticed a smoky smell. The night I smelled it I thought it was all in my head, but it was much stronger the next morning. Maybe it was coming from a neighboring room. I mentioned it to the front desk and they apologized, said they would send someone to check it out, and ask if there was anything they could do. Overall I enjoyed my stay."

Extended Stay America Suites Boston Waltham 32 4th Ave

8/10 Good

"The hotel was nice. As the weekend went on, there was stuff on the hallway floors. Nothing serious, but a little messy. Comfortable accommodations, Outlets in good places for charging all of our stuff. Friendly people working at the desk."
