"Good location, we walked into the town centre for an evening meal.
Don’t leave breakfast until the last 15 minutes! We had to share a cup, and the coffee and hot water had run out.
Great parking, room ok, but cups really need to go through a clean dishwasher."
"Lovely quirky rooms, decour a little tired but you get what you pay for, we have stayed at many 5 star hotels but we're very happy with this one because the food and atmosphere were great, the land lady Mel never seemed to stop working and always cheerful, an ideal place in the lovely town of Woburn and a great centre for visiting many places, ideal place for down to earth people."
"The bedroom is fine until you open the bathroom door, then it’s like stepping back to the 1970s! So dated! The hair dryer is sticky to handle. No soundproofing. Doors slam constantly. Breakfast is poor quality with awful coffee. Used to be better when stayed last year. Too much cost cutting will be its demise!"
