After hosting an extended stay family (year plus stay) at La Casita Sea Esta, we are now again hosting vacation rental guests. Prior to re-opening we've made several upgrades - new loveseat and new queen mattress and all new bed and baths linens.

Welcome to La Casita Sea Esta - located in a great location referred to as "midtown Westport." Being a smaller home, La Casita Sea Esta boasts an excellent floor plan and functions larger than its true size. You've heard location, location, location and La Casita certainly offers that. We are an easy walk to the beach, the Westport lighthouse as well as the 2.5-mile walking/biking trail along the water. We are a short walk from several restaurants, espresso/coffee, tavern and grocery store.

The home offers a spacious kitchen and is well supplied with updated appliances and all the cookware and gadgets you'd find at home - possibly even more!

The living room features a ROKU SMART TV with 70 channels provided on YouTube TV. Use your Amazon or Netflix account, DVD player, two comfortable recliners and loveseat. There is a selection of DVDs, books and games. A strong Comcast internet connection is also provided.

Both bedrooms have queen size mattresses. The mattresses and linens are of nice quality. The bedrooms are bright with nature light from the large windows, and each offers a nice view to the wooded backyard.

The bathroom is a 3/4 bath - shower only. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap are provided. Along with bath towels.

The backyard living area is private and offers a fantastic space for quality time relaxing, dining or cooking a meal on the BBQ. Take a nap in the hammock or relax on the porch swing. Have a cozy evening by the fire pit and play a game of corn hole. From the outside you can hear the fog horns and often the ocean too. The kids' area has sandbox; beanbag toss board and a fun woodsy area to explore! The woodsy outdoor setting and outdoor living space combine for a truly unique experience likely offered in few other homes in the area.

An outdoor sink is available for guest use to clean those razor clams, crabs or your fish cleaning.

We are pet friendly but first must communicate with guests about their dog. Please contact us and we'd be happy to discuss the arrangements. There is a $25 non-refundable pet fee. Failure to disclose bringing a dog voids the reservation and forfeits all money paid. Dogs must be picked up after and be leashed when off property. The entire property is fenced/enclosed.

Need Ideas for places to eat and area attractions? We have put together an extensive list of area restaurants, shops and attractions for our guests. We provide this to our guests prior to their stay. Our list covers Westport, Grayland and Tokeland.

We advertise a maximum of 4 guests. If a family has an infant, we may be able make an exception and allow up to 5 guests total. Please contact us in advance to discuss.

Peaceful Retreat

Beautiful Beach Getaway

This is a nice VRBO that is in a perfect location. The house was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and were very quick in responding to any questions we had. Perfect for families with 4-legged friends

This property far exceeded our expectations. The yard and steps are toddler friendly and the owners thought of all the details for Dexter (woof-woof). The kitchen had all of the needed amenities. The walk on beach is just blocks away with a great walking path. There are two options for drive on access within a couple miles to the south. The Greek and pizza places (both walkable) are excellent. We enjoyed fishing on the Discovery through Westport Charters. Great holiday weekend with the family. We will return!!!!!

Delightful Getaway cottage

Other than the rainy weather during our stay, everything about Sea Esta was enjoyable. The cottage is well-equipped and comfortable. Everything you need for a short getaway is provided. It is close to the beach walking trails, close to a grocery store and coffee shop, yet in a very quiet neighborhood. My dog appreciated the fenced front yard so she could go out and explore without her leash. There were even dog treats in the kitchen. Sadly it was too wet and rainy to sit in the delightful backyard or enjoy the fire pit. We were able to take some nice walks when there were dry periods throughout the days. Both my friend and I would recommend visiting Sea Esta for a Westport visit.

Perfect for these dog lovers!

We loved our stay at this charming little house with its big fenced yard! We so appreciated that we were welcome despite having three dogs along, and the dogs really appreciated being able to sniff around and enjoy the yard without being on leashes all the time. The house had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the second bedroom but it looked quite nice as well. Although there were just two of us, the place looked like it would be perfect for a weeklong stay for a small family. The large back yard is just really fun, with porch swing, place for a hammock, fire pit, beanbag toss, sand box, etc. The walk to the beautiful beach isn't too far. Check out the brewery - our favorite place in town since they are very accommodating to dogs in their outdoor seating area. Good food and beer too! Thank you Joel and Denise! We hope to be back!

Cozy and Close to the Beach

This house was close to everything! A quick 5 minute walk down the street to the Grays Harbor Lighthouse which is a fun place to explore with the kids. Just past the lighthouse is the Dune Trail which is a paved walking trail parallel to the beach. There is beach access there but we found the surfing to be much better near the jetty, about a ten minute drive. The charter boats are a six minute drive away. Husband and son caught their limits of rockfish and lingcod (Thank you Deep Sea Charters and The Slammer for the great day) and we were happy to use the outdoor sink and counter to divide the fish fillets into smaller bags. Kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked all our meals. The washer and dryer was nice to have so that I didn't have to pack up fishy clothes and sandy towels. Plenty of hot water for our family of 4 to take showers and the beds were very comfortable. This house is on a very quiet street and we never heard the neighbors. The property is fenced and can be locked from the inside which allowed us to keep the surfboards on the porch without worry. Kids enjoyed the games in the back yard. We would stay here again. Thank you Joel and Denise for the great communication and quick replies to our questions.

Great, peaceful property

Fantastic home to stay in. Close to all the outdoor activities Westport, Grayland and Tokeland have to offer. Unfortunately due to rain we did not get to enjoy the outdoor space and firepit, but it was a great space. The property is super dog friendly and the hosts went the extra mile in providing a leash, waste bags, bowls and even treats for our pup. She enjoyed running in the yard and all of this made our first trip with our new puppy a success. We visit Westport several times a year and are looking forward to staying here again. Very communicative hosts. 5+ stars!

Felt Like Home!

Cozy, comfortable, well stocked - everything we needed in amenities. Close to everything, and the backyard is all about family friendly fun and relaxation! I came home with inspiration and ideas for my own backyard! A definite two thumbs up and will recommend to friends as well as stay there again.

Great location and very clean place

We had a great stay. 3 of us with our dog. Very clean place and very well equipped with everything you could need. Excellent location short 10 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor games and firepit. Super easy check in and Joel gave us a list of restaurants in the area. Five min walk to Blackbeards for pizza! Would stay here again.
