Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. A special shout-out goes to the shuttle drivers. They were always so kind and accommodating, making it easy and enjoyable to get around the expansive property. "

Good pour from the bartenders - The staff was kind and respectful - The amount of chairs to sit by the water is one of the best benefits. You can always find a spot to relax and be near the ocean - They have plenty of pools you can access, which give you options to sit by the pool as well - The restaurant food was really good. It's not 5 star Michelin, but it was tasty The Cons: - The buffet food, as expected, wasn't great. It's fine, but nothing special. Which again, as expected at a place like this One note that isn't good or bad - The crowd is very mixed. There are some young people there to party, some there with family, some on honeymoons or romantic vacations. I only say this for someone to know what to expect. A bit of everything."

"Jurg is a great guy and ready and willing to help/offer suggestions. He has a in depth knowledge about the island and it seems that he has been to every restaurant, his recommendations were spot on! Their check-in process was very good and they provide a map of the island they make themselves indicating places to visit and restaurants. The room was cleaned regularly and the facilities were immaculate. We had a brand new hot tub when we arrived which was a nice surprise. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. Overall we would recommend Swiss Paradise to everyone, we have been doing so to anyone that has asked about Aruba. "

"We loved staying at the Holiday Inn in Aruba! The hotel was clean and everything you could possibly want was at the resort. The hotel is in a prime location. It was safe to venture out to all the store and restaurants in front of the hotel. If you didn’t want to venture out it’s also a perfect location for that. The beach is right there and so is everything you need for a great vacation! We loved it and will be back to visit! "
