"Lovely overnight stay in a clean and stylish room with a comfortable firm bed. Was able to sleep well despite being right near a busy main road, good soundproofing. Breakfast was a delicious and extensive buffet style with a nice range of options. The whole atmosphere was calm and trendy, with a convenient location for our stay. There were a few little odd issues like some lift buttons being damaged and TV being a bit temperamental. Could do with a little TLC in that respect but it didn't stop...

I would say the rooms need an update starting to look tired now especially when new hotel have opened in Birmingham , so unfortunately this will not be our first choice."
