"What we really loved about this place was how nice the staff were. It is a family-run operation and they could not have been more helpful. I needed to print some documents, and they did so without charging me anything. I needed a late checkout and that was also no problem and no charge. I travel a lot, more than 3 million miles on United airlines. This place is pretty special."

"The website said "no pets allowed". We left our little puppy in the truck overnight. Then found a message saying you were a "pet friendly" lodge and pets were $15 each per night. Found it too late. Everything else was perfect."
