Sign in room saying 500rs fine for washing clothes in room. Menu states no outside food allowed. Had trouble at check in convincing them we had a booking. Hotels.com should be very clear when selling rooms in these areas areas about whether the room has aircon or not as most hotels do not have aircon in every room. "
