Staff were exceptional. Knew I wanted to stay longer the minute we got there. Stayed at hotels internationally and this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Stayed 3 nights. Be careful driving on the single track lane towards hotel as there are many potholes. We had room 25 on arrival and asked to be moved due to a vent flowing outside our room. Moved to another room. The bedside light was hanging off and we had no electricity. Moved to another room which was great. The receptionist was very helpful and sorted our needs. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast great. Staff excellent. Location great. Rooms should have been checked better prior to arrival. Food menu in restaurant not a great choice and price. Would stay again.

We stayed at Woodhall hotel and spa for 4 nights in the lodges. There was not much natural light entering the room and noise can be heard from the adjoining room The building could do with some refurbishment The views and gardens are beautiful The staff were really excellent and nothing was too much trouble The food was equally good with some fabulous combinations and flavours and, they have an interesting wine list, if slightly on the pricey side. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny.

The property is in extensive grounds which are great for walking and bird-watching (we saw a Red Kite flying around the woods) The service was very attentive without being too much. The dining choices were excellent. The only slight issue was the cooked breakfast on Sunday was cold (not an issue on Friday or Saturday morning.) Overall, we'd be very happy to recommend this place to you and we'll be back soon.
