Some instructions explaining how to work heating etc in the apartment, along with some local information would be useful. "

Almost left stranded without a place to stay after numerous attempts to contact the property for instructions to get into the apartment upon arrival for check in. Any communication regarding issues with the apartment was met with no response from property management...ie clogged sink, fuse blown and left in the dark, poor wifi, no Netflix, and no washing machine as listed on their amenities.
