"Quiet cabin on a pretty lake. Sand beach was great for my granddaughter. Kakaks and paddle boat are nice. The cabin is not fancy and something's are older, but it is clean and comfortable for a family getaway. Good fishing from the pier as well."

"We booked this property to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday with some friends. We loved the privacy out in nature and enjoyed sightings of deer and turtles during our stay. Our hosts provided all amenities we could ever want, including kayaks and SUPs, and each person/couple was able to have their own bed. We had a wonderful time."

"Older home remodel, new windows and appliances. Lower unit very nice two bedrooms, two baths with it own livingroom. Very narrow driveway but long and parking for 5 or 6 vehicles. Outside needed some work, basic cleaning, patio furniture not usable, grill very dirty and when we were there a large swarm of bees we had to deal with. But overall would stay again."

"Enjoyed our stay. Nice home in a very quiet neighborhood. Really loved the large porch and its furnishings. Enjoyed our walks along the Crystal River. Close to Waupaca and King with numerous shops and restaurants. Basic kitchen items. We enjoy cooking and there could have been more things in that regard, but we made it work. The owner was kind and quick to respond. It was a pleasant vacation."

"We are working on some new holiday traditions since our parents passed. We had hoped to go out of state but when that didn't work, we decided on an excursion to Appleton. The home is easy to find, had what we needed, beds were comfortable, it was clean & tastefully decorated which added to the ambiance of the home, check in/out was easy, & overall we truly enjoyed our time. Thank you - if we need to stay in the area again, we'll be back!"

"The house was great. Very spacious. The only issue we had was the listing says 6 bedrooms, but two of those rooms were not bedrooms. One was a billiard room with a bar that we placed matresses down on the floor. The other had a section sofa some of the kids slept on for the weekend. This was nothing major for us. One of the showers didn't drain after being used the first time which made showering with 15 people in one shower a little bit of hassle. There was nothing else that really made the...

The kitchen is a cooks kitchen all the way, and the basement was fun with the dart board and big tv. "The property and home were exactly what we envisioned! Spacious and clean with quiet and gorgeous acreage. Plenty of parking space for several vehicles since most in our group arrived separately. We enjoyed the golf carts, bonfires and s’mores and making meals in the open kitchen / dining / family room area. We enjoyed the close proximity to brewery, grocery stores and small town shops and baked goods. We are grateful for the time with family at this property and look forward to our return soon!"
