Room was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the beach and local shops. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Plenty of choice for breakfast, fruit, yogurts cereals toast & crumpets with preserves and juice. Lovely friendly staff. Only one negative point is lack of parking on the premises

Staff very helpful and polite and were prompt to check out window in our room which was broken. As window could not be closed, they brought in a convection heater which heated the room instantly. Overall a good overnight stay.

Its a local real pub with rooms not noisy or late busy, friendly and welcoming staff, local on road parking if no pub paring space. Convenient flat 15min walk into old town.
