"Nice location, looks good on the outside, easy parking, bed good, shower good, comfortable interior temperature and pleasant atmosphere (air), service very good. Negatives- toilet seat loose, bathroom door drags on floor, tv had lines through screen and refrigerator worked but bably yellowed. Overall would stay again because of good price, location and service."

"Green Gables was very nice and perfect for our needs. It’s close to the Root River bike trail and has protected bike storage which was important since there was a big storm that went through the night we were there. Breakfast of coffee and muffins was really all we needed. Gardens we’re well kept and gazebo is a great place to sit and read. "
"This cabin is a gem! So close to so much fun. Check in was a breeze……the charcoal grill was great and they thought of everything. Fresh farm eggs. Would love to try it in the winter. Very tastefully done, a very good value.Prepare to relax."

"Home was very clean and nice. Kitchen had everything we needed to make some simple meals. Toy room upstairs was a nice touch. My kids are teenagers but they still enjoyed looking through the toys and playing some of the games. Location was convenient with many local businesses within walking distance We enjoyed the nearby bowling alley for reasonably priced food, drinks, and bowling. The nearby community swimming pool was great for cooling off after a hot day. Host was responsive when we had questions. Niagara Cave, Mystery Cave, and downtown Lanesboro were some other nearby attractions we enjoyed."
"Marg was a wonderful hostess. The property is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The price was right! It is right next to the bike trail, which is awesome. And she has a bike storage so we didn't worry about theft during the night...not that we would worry around there anyway. It was SO PLEASANT to sit on the huge porch in the evening and play a game and rest. Even when it was HOT, it was beautiful in the shade."
