"This place is great! But Bookabatch has absolutely terrible customer service! Book this property directly with Bachcare, they are still based in NZ and don't have customer service call centres based overseas. We tried to change our booking and it was virtually impossible as their app doesn't work! They don't reply to their emails and their call centre said they would call back, they never did. Luckily I was able to go through Bachcare and they sorted it eventually. "

"Perfect location, gorgeous little bach that's got everything you need, so relaxing looking out at the sea, close to the amazing walks, really comfy place, lovely and warm (here in winter), we absolutely LOVED our short stay here. The McLeod Bay fish & chips were also superb. "
