"We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Incredibly spacious and very clean. We had an amazing view over Lake Te Anau. Would highly recommend for families. Can easily walk (less than 10 minutes) to the main strip where shops are."

"This was the most gorgeous and quirky place to stay. We loved the heritage features and the creative atmosphere that has really shown off the fact that the owner has a good imagination. Consider a combination of an old convent building, beautiful spacious grounds, and then add a dollop of Alice in Wonderland. We were very happy with our stay in the bishops cottage, loved the location, and will come back to stay here as soon as we can plan another visit to Te Anau."
