"We have been repeat customers at this location and this was our last. Place has gone downhill since last year. Only improvement are eco-friendly refillable bottles in the bath. Problems (which we raised multiple times to management): 1. We stayed one week but only received service twice despite leaving the room by 1:00 each day. (Standard is every other day but manager noted our requested daily service. He said if available, can do daily.). 2. The WiFi was unreliable and did not work during last 24 hours of our stay. 3. During the second cleaning of our room, we returned to find the bath door off the hinges. 4. Unacceptable to allow other rooms to place garbage full of food waste outside rooms overnight. Many violations of this; doesn’t this attract bugs? Whenever we raised concerns, we felt blown off by management. Next year we will go to another area hotel."

"Unfortunately, we did not get to stay. When I tried to check in at 9 pm, I was told that the existing Orbitz reservation does not guarantee us a room, that the hotel has "first come-first serve" policy and does not honor Orbitz reservations. Our room was given away because we did not check in at 3 pm. No alternative accommodations or apology was offered. The manager spoke to me in an annoyed, aggressive tone from the start. As a result of this cancellation, I was left outside at 9 pm with my 94-year old mother. We had to drive an hour to my friends' apartment and sleep on the floor. I have since studied the hotel policies and they simply say that the check in starts at 3 pm. Nowhere does it say that your room will be given away if you check in later in the day. What is the point of making a reservation then?"
