If you are seeking a total relaxing experience, go no further! This condo resort is situated far away from the string of hotels in the middle of Providentiales in the NW corned of the island. Don't be concerned with the 3 Km of unpaved road reaching the property. You need to rent a car to get there and to give you options to explore the island. I recommend that you bring non-perichable items with you as the cost of goods are quite high. After your arrival, stop at the Graceway IGA store for...

I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome.

A beautiful boitique hotel! Good was amazing. Service impeccable. They are brand new, having just opened march 1 so everything is pristine. They are a ahoet elf from the beach.

I liked the hotel , the staff & location . The only con is that they don’t have microwaves in the room so you have to go to the front office to hear your food up but the office is not open 24 hours. They close at 10pm sharp so if your hungry after that theirs no way to heat your food up .

This is the perfect resort for the people looking to be off the main path but still have a great experience. The swimming pool was unbelievable. The private beach and pier were very relaxing. It was nice not having to share the areas with a lot of other people. The restaurant was excellent. The service and food were top notch. We loved hanging out at the Cave Bar. A unique bar that overlooks the ocean.

West Bay is a wonderful resort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern. It is right on the beach with gorgeous views. The breakfast was excellent as was the food for lunch and dinner. The only downside was they wouldn't let us use the paddle boards, kayaks or catamaran. They said it was unsafe, too much current, but others were out at other resorts and it looked perfectly safe.

My wife and I live in a warm place anyways so we just wanted to get away somewhere quiet. We arrived after the high season ended and this was exactly what we needed/wanted. The villas are the perfect size, the lush vegetation makes them very private. Chalk sound borders the resort on one side and guests can make use of included kayaks to explore it. Sapodilla Beach was a near-empty, pristine beach that was a two minute walk from our villa. The on-site restaurant is expensive by continental...

Highly recommended. Recently stayed here for four nights on our first visit to Turks and Caicos. Paid extra for ocean view room, which was well worth it. Rooms are actually condos, so it doesn’t have that hotel feel; instead, it’s smaller, less crowded, less impersonal. Staff mainly very friendly and helpful. Excellent stretch of beach, small but nice pool, plenty of cabanas and loungers to go around, and free non-motorized water sports ($5 per day for snorkeling gear), which is a BIG plus; I...

Close walk to the beach, air conditioner was amazing!

The place was more than what i expected, booked it for my Husband birthday he loved it very much we will definitely stay there again.

This is an incredible value. It was quiet and not crowded. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony (second floor). The staff all were friendly and helpful. The location is great - not surrounded by high-rises, and walkable to the shops and restaurants. We didn't have to deal with mobs of people at the beach or on the grounds. Sure, the bathroom is old, but that is not a big deal to us. Our room was very nice with a great balcony for catching nice breezes and views of the ocean. If...

SHOWER WAS GREAT, BED VERY COMFORTABLE LIMITED MENUS CHOICES VERY SKIMPY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST LIMITING GUEST TO ONLY 3 CHOICES FOR THE DAILY BREAKFAST

My partner and I had an excellent stay and rate it 5 stars. Since we arrived, the staff were very friendly. It’s a low-key hotel where you’ll feel at peace especially hanging out by the beautiful pool area. Although it’s not a beachfront hotel, there’s a free shuttle running through business hours which is convenient. We preferred to not rent a car so for those who plan to do the same - distance is a 5-8 min walk to the beach, 20-25 min walk to the main strip where there’s a shopping center,...

Perfect place to stay if you need to be near the airport, great rooms, Staff owners are legends they drove us around where ever we wanted to go which was over and above what they needed to do so. Over all 10/10 stay! Highly recommended

The Gansevoort is by far the chic-est hotel in Providenciales. But never mind the lean, minimalistic, gorgeous architecture, the perfect pool, the most beautiful beach in the planet : It's The Staff. They make all the architectural or geographical features look small. They are the factor that really creates the true magic in the Hotel. Every person - and I mean every person- is completely devoted to make you feel like the most unique, special, irreplaceable person in the universe. From Junior...

The property was very nice and great for the price. It's just a short walk to the beach and there's a bar not far from it. It's got a full kitchen which made it easy to cook and a nice sized seating room area. The staff/front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. She assisted us with tours. The only down side was there were ants in our room. They were around the patio door and the kitchen counter. We called down and they sent a young man to spray some Raid. It helped but I imagine it's...

From the moment we met the warm and helpful staff upon our arrival, and saw the lush and cheerful grounds, we knew we'd made the right decision. This apartment/hotel is an easy 10-minute walk to the beach and a 20-minute walk from the don't-miss Thursday Fish Fry. The rooms are large and clean; the kitchen has all you could need; and the balconies are spacious and relaxing. The rooftop pools are beautiful and a great place to "unwind" after a day on the beach. No need to travel to snorkel...

This is probably the best resort I have ever stayed in. Perfect property, wonderful people, amazing attention to detail, walkable to shops and restaurants, tons of amenities. I will be back and I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

We had a wonderful trip in Turks and Caicos! Stayed here in Blue Haven and we had a great time! We had oceanview suite-very spacious and clean and the view was beautiful. The food was great! There were alot of activities in the resort and you can also go to Alexandra Resort with free shuttle and the beach there was gorgeous! Chef Randy and John at Alexandra was very friendly and even cooked wonderful meals for us. Tania at the front desk of Blue Haven was very nice and very helpful! Ofcourse Jen...
