"Beach View was great, host was great. The bathrooms were clean. Windows and stove top were not clean and items left behind from previous guests in the the room. It's definitely an older building, the floors dipped and you can definitely hear the guests above you. Our stay was not bad but wish our room had been a bit cleaner and the pool closing seems a bit early at 8 pm. "

"The host was very responsive. Make sure and have hot water turned on before check in time. We didn't use the fireplace, not cold enough. The kitchen is well supplied and the pots and pans areHigh quality. The induction stove is complicated to master, a tad frustrating. The beds are both very squeaky, one the foot board frame is so flimsy it feels like it will collapse. Both beds seemed to have an accumulation of sand, as if even though the sheets were clean, you could feel sand on the mattress pad . I slept between the top sheet and comforter. On a positive note, I must say it's overall the best place I have rented out of 3 places, but the others were sorely lacking. I would recommend this place because of the location and overall lay out. The pool table is a bit intrusive as it sits in the middle of the living room, but kinda cool to have."

"Loved this place so much! Very spacious, lots of big windows with great natural light. Lots of little places to sit and be cozy. Appreciated all the games and coloring books. Rooms were comfortable, including the beds. I used the little studio in the back to do yoga which was awesome. Nice fenced yard for the dogs. It is truly fenced but if you have a small dog or adventurous dog, there are a couple of small gaps where they could wiggle out or get under the deck. 2 blocks from the beach and right across the street from Nehalem Bay Stare park. Technically walkable to town (25 minute walk) but easy 4 minute drive. Can not say enough good things about this place. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Manzanita. "

"This was the second year my book club gathered at this gorgeous house, and it won’t be the last. The house and setting are spectacular, and all you need to bring is clothes and food. We are a group of pretty serious cooks, and every pot, pan, platter, glass, and dish we needed was there. Initially we thought two dishwashers were unnecessary. Wrong - it made everything better. The game room is great,'and we binge watched movies every night in the theatre. I cannot say enough good things about the host, who was immediately responsive to every question and request. We will definitely return! "

"The house was amazing! Cozy and comfortable, and it really had everything I needed. And it was all in perfect condition!! The hot tub was divine, and the location was perfect! Really close to town, the beach, and the state park! I will look forward to staying again! And Olive dog enjoyed it too. Especially zoomies on the beach!! Thank you!"
