"The hotel is AMAZING!! The restaurant is AMAZING!! The only complaint was definitely the shuttle driver. I waited an hour for the shuttle at the airport with a 4 year old toddler. The driver pulled up and sat inside conversing with a female passenger. Once we husband went to the passenger door and got his attention he finally got out to assist with the bags. The female passenger was eating pizza and they both looked annoyed that we were even needing a ride. Although this didn’t sit well with me at all, the front desk clerk and the restaurant attendant definitely made up for it. Even after the bad shuttle service I’d definitely still give them a 10/10. If our first point of contact is the shuttle driver they should be more polite and definitely wait 3-5 minutes to see if there’s others coming down. The shuttle didn’t wait 30 seconds before pulling off. Overall my family and I will return this summer. "

"I was greet upon check in by the nicest young lady. She was very informative and helpful with all of my questions. I arrived early without a clue what to do. I was able to get in my room early. I was very appreciative. That made a great start to my mother/daughter trip. If I could give 10 stars to the shuttle team I would. They were on time. The only issue was the overnight shuttle that I needed to catch at 2:30 am. It was not available so I caught an uber. Outside of that I would highly recommend and stay at this hotel again. "

"My stay here was fantastic. The front desk agents, were so nice and made check- in and out a good experience. The hotel was very clean and the room was immaculate, breakfast was good as well. The location is in a prime area next to lots of local restaurants and stores. Plus it's very accessible to New York. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait for my next stay. ☺️"
