"Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Our third time staying here - amazing access to the beach and Newquay shopping. Surrounded by great food, cafe and drink options. Room was cosy, comfortable and just what we needed. Worth paying the extra for parking. Thank you - we will be back next year!"

"The moment we entered the apartment we felt at home. It was clean, well appointed with superb views across the bay. The property has its own car parking space in an underground car park with a safe storage area for surf boards etc. The main bedroom has an en-suite and the main bathroom was well equipped. The showers in both rooms were everything you’d want. All in all, we had a great trip, helped by excellent help and communication from the host."

"Lovely country inn - The owners and staff very nice and accomodating. Room was clean just a little dated, and the general areas could do with a refresh. Bed was really comfortable which enabled a great sleep. Breakfast was excellent- freshly cooked, so much choice and more if required-appreciated a second pot of tea to take outside and sit on the outdoor sofa. Evening meals were lovely - just make sure you let them know as they may close the dining room early. The bowling was great fun when the rain arrived!! A 2 minute walk down a reasonable hill to the bus stop at Alexander Court if going to airport/Newquay town and another minute to the beach. A great little getaway - I would definitely return."

"We had a great stay. Loved the beach being just across the road. Caravan was clean and well equipped. Friendly staff on site. We took our own linen as this isn’t provided. Be prepared to pay for wifi as it is impossible to use your own data. An outdoor seating area next to the caravan would have even perfect. We did notice others had taken them own. So something to consider if you’ve not got decking. Overall a lovely site and we would return."

"The location was great, a minute from the beach. The apartment was clean and good size. We had a great time. I have not given this a five star as we didn’t have a beach view like the photos suggested we would. Also the property had no fans."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"

"Absolutely beautiful little cottage right on the beach very private to enable you to sit out in the beautiful garden and enjoy the day. The hosts are a lovely couple and are always on hand to help and advise to let you get the most out of your stay. The cottage is excellent and provides everything you would need.The beach is stunning with lots of lovely walks."
