Located just a short walk from Lost Lake and right along the route for the free shuttle into the Village or to the ski lifts, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit offers a quiet yet convenient location for your next family getaway. After a day on the slopes or the fairway, bask in the extraordinary mountain views while you unwind on your private patio with an outdoor heater or in the communal hot tub.

Construction Notice - April to September 2025

Please be aware that the Blackcomb Greens Complex will undergo a major parkade renovation starting in April 28th. During this time:

• The common area hot tub will be closed.
• Guests may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock and landscape excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily.
• Please note the noise heard from unit #31 is minimal; when enjoying the patio, noise can be heard in the distance

To compensate for any potential disturbances, we apply a construction discount at the time of booking.

Living Areas

Besides its idyllic location, this home’s highlight is the open-plan living area – a sophisticated room with large picture windows, natural wood throughout, a wood-burning fireplace with presto logs provided and a flat-screen smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features every pot, bowl, and cooking utensil you will need to cook up a great meal after skiing, a romantic dinner for two, or a large breakfast for the family before you hit the slopes. The beautiful open kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, a spice rack and a breakfast bar. In the middle of the spacious open plan room, the dining table comfortably fits 6 with its extensions or 4 with room for games and puzzles. A propane BBQ is supplied for winter and summer outdoor cooking.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Unit #31 features two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite with a spacious glass-enclosed shower with rain head and handheld. The second bedroom, which offers complete privacy from the rest of the house using the hidden pocket door, features a king-split bed and a separate renovated bathroom with a glass-enclosed spa-like bathtub with jacuzzi jets and a shower.

Parking

The home has a designated parking spot in the secure underground parking. There are some first-come-first-serve visitor parking spots if you should have guests over.

This Blackcomb Greens townhome comes with many added conveniences that make it the right place for your year-round adventures including a heated entranceway with a bench and lots of hooks for jackets, an abundance of puzzles and board games to entertain family and friends, a library with ‘birds of the area’ guides, a communal outdoor hot tub surrounded by scenic mountain views all year long, and comfortable outdoor patio furniture. It has the ultimate convenience of an in-suite laundry an outdoor heater and a propane BBQ for hot toddies and home-cooked meals after a day of outdoor activities.

Ski Access

Blackcomb Greens is a short walk across Blackcomb Way from the Home Run ski-out trail that runs to the Snowgoose complex and a short walk, even in ski boots, to the free shuttle that leads to the slopes. A sled is provided for use on the slope right outside the ground-floor private patio; a favorite activity of all our young visitors. Aside from the communal hot tub, the townhome also has a large shared picnic area with a picnic table. The home offers easy walking access to the cross-country ski trails and bike trails in the Lost Lake area. In the summer, swimming at Lost Lake is an easy 10-15 minute walk or short bike ride away. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March and is dependent on weather conditions and snowfall. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels shortly before arrival upon request

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Blackcomb Greens complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
