The upper level is dedicated to rest, with a primary bedroom that offers a king bed, its own balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with heated floors, a glass-enclosed shower, and a soaker tub ideal for unwinding at night. On the main level, two additional bedrooms each include King-split beds and TVs. A separate bathroom with heated floors, a single vanity, and a glass shower serves these rooms, providing comfort and privacy for your group.

The private deck overlooks the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, transforming into a peaceful winter landscape during the colder months. The complex offers a shared hot tub with mountain views, closing April-October 2025 due to parkade renovations. During that period, construction may be visible from the living room and balcony, and rates have already been adjusted to reflect this. Even in winter, the surrounding grounds provide an inviting setting for quiet outdoor moments before heading back into the warmth of the home.

A mudroom at the entrance gives you convenient space for ski gear, and an insuite washer and dryer are available with detergent provided. High-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace support those who want to stay connected, while a designated space in the secure underground parking area offers easy access for winter arrivals. A bike rack is available if you're visiting during seasons when riding is possible.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is included, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Blackcomb Greens complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted on this property
