"Stayed for 7 days, breakfast never changed, not to mention there were once without coffee and, a swamp of flying ants at the window corner. The hotel hardware overall is good apart from one of the two lifts still waiting for repairs. Staff training is not good, they do not have a sense of what servicing industry is all about. There was an electricity blackout for the entire last night but they have not updated guests nor one shed of apologies! In the suite, the water for shower is so weak that you doubt if the soap has been cleansed! And you have to ask for the soap to be refilled!! One thing is fair to say, it’s still a good value to stay!"

"Checked in later in the evening and there was a lot of people hanging out in the lobby. Also after in our room and being on the road for some time was hoping to get some sleep but there were kids yelling and dogs barking"

"Although it was a decent stay, I still discovered some issues. - We found ants around the house, so we had to spray ant repellent around the house. - The house had cob webs, and the house wasn't 100% clean. - The Washrooms were pretty clean, but one of the showers was not working. - Even though the house description said 4 rooms, we were only able to access 3 and didn't find out until two days before because of the number of people that were staying. (false advertising). Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. The property was nice and tucked away, so it was quite private, and the design of the home was nice as well."
