"⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend this hotel. I booked a one-night stay through Hotels.com and checked out as scheduled. After I left, the hotel charged my credit card an additional $713.94, claiming that I stayed an extra night. This was completely inaccurate. I contacted the hotel multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one was willing to help or correct the charge. As a result, I was forced to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. In addition to the billing issues, the property did not appear well maintained. The room felt dated, and the pillows and bedding did not appear as clean as I would expect from a hotel. Overall, the experience left me questioning the hotel’s recordkeeping and customer service practices. The most frustrating part was not the mistake itself, but the lack of assistance when I tried to resolve it. Charging a guest for a night they did not stay and then refusing to correct the error reflects very poorly on management. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this property based on my experience."

"This "hotel" is like stepping back into a Time Machine from the 80s and hasn't been touched since. The carpets are disgusting and comping up from the floors and the walls. The bathroom cabinets were peeling apart. There were insects in our bathroom - spiders in the sink and shower. There is no one at the desk after 11pm so they ask that you make sure you pull the main door closed behind you "for your safety" which was fine, but was never latched. Rooms include kitchenettes with zero cups, plates, cookware of any kind. Only two ice trays. Smoking is not allowed, but it is clear people smoke. You could smell it heavily in the bathrooms from time to time and when we turned on our A/C. The price point for this was insane due to the festival in town but $200/night for this place anytime is absolute insanity."

"They switched the price to three hundred a night. Double charged my card. The front desk was very rude when I Questioned it and the manager still has not called me back. Will be contacting the attorney general office and the BBB."
