"I visited with my daughter and elderly mother in a wheelchair. No one offered to help us with our bags. There is construction going on all around the hotel starting at 6:00am. The room we were given was right across from another building that had construction going on. We were not even able to open our curtains since the workers in that building could see us. I had much higher expectations for this hotel."
