"An hour before check-in we were called by the property manager, after four days of messaging them through the app without response, to advise us that the property had an alleged water pipe burst and was unavailable, then attempted to upcharge us for alternate accommodations. An alternate place to stay was finally provided at no additional charge but much smaller than what had been booked. Given the absence of communication for four days and then a sudden incident the day of check-in - the day...

"So much space to hang out with our friends!"

"This was by far the worst experience I have had with Vrbo. The communication from day one was awful. I never got to stay at the two venues I actually booked. Upon arriving to my first location and calling the host I was informed there was a pipe burst and could not check in. Mind you I was traveling with family and needed five beds. "This is a scam and at the same time others guest’s was there for same booking but we can’t get any feed the property support and we returned from the property and kids suffered a lot!!!"

Not to mention you have to walk up steps to get to the complex. I reached the host once when I entered the apartment to speak of my issues, she stated she would call back in 5 minute I haven’t spoken to her since. The...

"Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... Will use this management and property owner in our upcoming short terms rentals....."

"Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property we originally booked was cancelled at the last minute, leaving my family and me with basically no choice but to accept the replacement accommodation they provided. I made it clear over the phone that I was only accepting it because we had nowhere else to go on such short notice. When we arrived, the replacement property was completely unacceptable. The place had a very strong cigarette smell that made my kids uncomfortable,...
