"My husband and I stayed for two nights and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean. We really enjoyed this hotel! It was also so convenient to everything and located right in the heart of Times Square and several subway stations so we were able to walk everywhere. We would definitely stay again!"

"It's an old hotel, which is part of its charm. It's well maintained and has a superb staff, especially front desk and cleaning person. AC worked well on a weekend that was 96 degrees. Room was surprisingly large given how little the nightly rate was. I couldn't have been happier. The location is ideal--within a block and a half to subway lines up or downtown. We could walk to Central Park. The neighborhood was safe and had ample food options. Will definitely stay there on my next trip to NYC."

"The Warwick New York brings classic historic charm and an old-school presence with an affordable price for its location. While the staff is constantly busy, service is reliable, and requests are delivered as needed. The standout of the stay was the housekeeping—they provided attentive daily service and kept our space spotless every single day, even with our toddler's toys and clothes scattered everywhere. However, the hotel’s historic nature comes with some drawbacks. The plumbing is very slow-draining, and the room's carpets and electrical feel worn out and outdated. Towel supplies were also surprisingly tight, often leaving only two or three towels in a room booked for four people. Keep in mind that even the "premier" 2-queen-bed rooms run quite small, though that is fairly typical by New York City standards. For travelers who prefer modern, hassle-free amenities and updated accessibility over historic character, the Hilton or another nearby chain might be a better fit."

"Clean room, ac working, washrooms could have more hooks to hang clothes and stuff. Walls were kind of thin but overall not too noisy when I stayed there. Front desk staff were accommodating during early check in (didn’t like having to pay extra for 12pm check in, but i needed it). They let me choose bottom bunk, maybe cause I was one of the first to check in and they had availability. Staff were friendly and cleaners kept it all clean and garbage free! Brought a lock and stored my backpack in lockers as storage before and after checkout. Would stay again for a quick weekend trip when travelling solo"
