"Booked wrong Holliday inn,our fault. 15 mins away from yvr instead of 5 mins away. As soon as landed called hotel asked for shuttle were advised 20 mins, 50 mins later called back told 5 mins. Small family van arrived 4 seats only 2 suitcases could fit. Arrived at hotel, driver was also checking guests in therefore reason for 50 min wait time at airport. Do not book if travelling and relying on shuttle that is only every hour not every half hour, can only take 4 passengers per trip and maybe 4carryons but not sure. Our flight was bumped up by 30 mins, tried to get earlier am shuttle and 4 people were already booked on. Not reliable, not equipped for travelling guests and understaffed. "

"$25 for parking in a surface lot uncovered seems like gauging. Most hotels I stay at in Vancouver cover this an Expedia gold perk. Front doors aren’t automatic , seems weird at a hotel to have to open your own door and drag luggage through. Not an issue for me but doesn’t seem to match the same premium feel of the rooms. If the person at the front was supposed to be opening doors, they were not. I bought 3 items from the snack store downstairs , one was on sale so I was forced to make two different transactions creating another line item on my expense report. All small things just not a place I would stay again , there are other hotels in the area doing a better job although their rooms aren’t quite as nice."

"Average hotel. Okay for a quick one night stay before heading to the airport for an early morning flight. Shuttles don’t start until 6 or 630 so that was a bit of a bummer as we had to leave earlier. The price was amazing! Would stay again due to that alone. It was clean enough and the condition was about what we expected for $115. "

"We have stayed at Accent Inn many times over the past 15 years before our flights from YVR. This year 2026 we booked a night before our flight to Puerto Vallarta. The situation in Puerto Vallarta prevented us from traveling. Our flight was canceled. The situation was out of our control and we requested for a credit for a future stay which was declined. Our experience has left us with the decision as to never book with them again. There is a great hotel across the road with a restaurant attached, airport shuttle and breakfast options.
