Toilet handle was broke, shower curtain rod was falling off wall. Water was hot enough to scold an adult much less and young child. Each day I had to return to the front desk and get my room pass card reset because I couldn't get in. Bathtub and floor were very slippery with no grab bars in shower/tub."
