"This is the best VRBO of all times, we had a great time and everything was perfect from start to finish and I mean perfect, we would not change a single thing and we will book here again and again. I would give them 11 stars out of 10, it was the best, plenty of parking, lots of space inside, huge deck and patio outside, a reading area just off the living room, huge living room and large kitchen with everything you need to cook, a popcorn machine, genuine/imitation jukebox and a full size pool table at the far end of the living room within sight of the TV, new HVAC kept the correct temp all 7 days we sat on the dock and ducks would come within 10 feet of us, blue herons fishing, birds singing, so quiet and peaceful. A 1500 square foot house at an incredible low price, no cleaning fees and everything was perfect….what more could you ask for?"

"Front desk staff was great. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Parking was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Only drawback was the pool didnt appear to be maintained to the same standard. Breakfast was much more than we expected. Bacon, eggs, waffles, a selection of cereals, yogurt, juices in addition to sweet rolls, coffee, tea and hot chocolate."

"The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future."

Little Bay Waterfront Retreat

"This was by far our best stay at this location yet! We have stayed here 3 years in a row and love the sunroom and beach that’s a perfect level for children!This year was exceptionally great because I read the historical fiction book, “Queen of the Bay,” by J. Clare which is located in the living room by the guest book. The book setting is the surrounding area of the home. To be able to travel around White Stone and Irvington while reading about the characters interacting in these locations was super fun! I could pretend I was a part of the book as I did many of the things in it. The book was clean and unlike many of the beach novels found for summer reading. I found it to be very refreshing! How rare to be able to STAY where a story takes place! If you stay here, I highly recommend reading this book and enjoying it come to life in the surrounding towns!"

Charming 2-bedroom house on the Chesapeake Bay

"The house is so charming and is in a very peaceful area. The house itself could use some care for paint and outside power wash. Opening the blinds lots of cobwebs outside in the windows. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook and eat with. The house inside was decently clean, however we found several cobwebs hanging from lights and in corners. We love that the house was pet friendly and lots of room for our lab to run around outside. Also would have liked some citronella candles so we could have sat outside in the evening."

Oceanfront White Stone Cottage w/ Private Beach!

"This quaint beach cottage has a 5 star expansive waterfront view of the Chesapeake Bay with an idyllic sandy shallow beach to access & splash around in. The house is cozy, cute, eclectic, and one of a kind. It's a quintessential beach cottage wit all the basic necessities. My wife and I saw lots of Eastern Blue Birds, Herons, eagles and other species. We had a wonderful beach hike at the nearby Hughlett Point Natural Area Preserve. Lots of restaurants, art galleries & shopping in the nearby town of Kilmarnock. Windmill Point & Marina had a fun sandy beach, tiki-bar and fishing pier."
