"My first time at this amazing hotel. Staff are all fantastic; room is beautiful; breakfast is best I have had in India (extensive selection of western and Indian). I requested a late check out due to late flight to Canada - so the manager (Mr Prasad) let me relax by the pool for the afternoon and I booked a spa treatment with (BiBi). Special thanks to the amazing staff which also included Shantu (front desk) and Jagan (fitness center). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel"

"Adding a board visible to the approaching traffic will help to enter the right gate. Three times in our 6 days stay, uber drivers missed and took some time to figure out the right entry."

"Property is next to one of the best malls in Bangalore. The hotel staff was very helpful with accommodation and the cleanliness was very good matches the level of a 1st world country hotel. "

"There is ample scope of improvement considering the brand name associated with it. The facilities and room fittings/furniture can be upgraded. The floor carpet has a stale stink and needs up gradation. The washroom drains are very slow (almost clogged) and the toiletries are quite basic. The food buffet layout is average and does not match the high price charged. Overall: an average experience"

"Stay was excellent. Little things were taken care of and staff was very friendly. The food was really good too. Loved the Methi water and Ajwain water touch in the breakfast menu."

"There was nothing good here, the entire property hD dust, Isaw hair and lizard in the room. Restaurant jad insects flying around food and I saw a cockroach."
