"Need to offer to validate parking, need to help customers navigate parking lot adjacent construction"

"Please keep toilet brushes so we can clean after ourselves"

"Very nice hotel! Walking distance to arena. Excellent restaurant and bar downstairs"

"Really enjoyed our stay. Great night sleep and very helpful staff."

"The room was very clean and tidy. Staff were welcoming and the breakfast menu was splendid especially the beans, mushrooms, and scrambled eggs. My dad requested boiled eggs and his request was accommodated. Check out was efficient. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"Hotel location great. Rooms good although "free" tea and coffee facilities would be good. Buffet breakfast good and had hot food which the hotel site does not advertise. "The location was fantastic, super convenient for travellers. The room was comfy, clean and the staff were friendly. Plus, the welcome cookies were delicious!"
