Maximum of 1 standard size vehicle allowed (there is no other parking on the property than the garage, larger vehicles such as lifted trucks or vans will not be able to park in the garage and there is no other parking nearby)

The HOA will NOT allow construction or work vehicles or crews to stay at this property

Guests must be 25+ to book

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)

No smoking, vaping, pets or fireworks

Not short-term bookings, 30 nights or longer only
