"Overall, we had a pleasant stay, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety, and we really appreciated having coffee available throughout the day. The outdoor pool was also a great amenity and one of the highlights of our stay.
The hotel's location is excellent. The area felt safe, and it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping, which made getting around very convenient.
There were a few maintenance issues that affected our experience. The king bed had a noticeable sink in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The walls were quite thin, and we could clearly hear our neighbors. The bathtub drained slowly and filled with water while showering, and the parking lot had several large potholes that could use repair.
Overall, the outstanding staff and convenient location made for a good stay, but addressing the maintenance issues would greatly improve the guest experience. We would stay there again."
