The location of the Pullman Brisbane Airport could not be more convenient or more easily accessed from the Brisbane Airport Terminals by either talking the walkway from the airport or taking one of the transport options located at the hotel. This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night. The Novotel is an excellent hotel. It is right across the street from nice restaurants and shopping center. The hotel itself has a restaurant with a decent menu but the prices are a little high as you can walk across the street and purchase almost the same meal for a little less. The room was excellent as it had 2 queen beds that were quite comfortable and the linens were good and soft. I had booked a hostel and could no longer take sharing a room. Hostel single rooms are the same as a nice room in a hotel. Hotel Diana was a breath of fresh air. Arrived around 10am, check-in was at 2pm. They accommodated me and I was in my room by 11am. Came with a bottle of wine (okay because it was free) for VIP members.
