Check out was worse, six people waiting to check out with only one member of staff at the desk who was on the phone for over 5 minutes while people were waiting to settle their bills. "Breakfast was excellent, although no toast available. Room was by a fire exit with litter down the side and noisy overflow pipe. Grounds, parking great and staff efficient and friendly."
