"We had a lovely stay at this property in Arran. The house was perfect for our needs and within walking distance of the shops and eateries of Lamlash. The house had everything we needed and we didnt lack anything. Parking in front of the house was fine but care is needed when driving out into the main road due to poor visibility. Beds were comfy. Water was very hot. Conservatory and back garden were very relaxing. All in all a great place to stay."

"House on the surface looked ok but when you started to look around and use things we found out that a lot of things were very dirty, lots of mold in washing machine, bed linens dirty, cutlery and utensils greasy and dirty, lots of dirt in cupboards and shelves, both hovers completely full of dirt. We ended up buying our own bedding and eating utensils. we did get offerd for a cleaner to come back out but by then we had started cleaning up as we got on late. and didn’t want someone in the house...

Great location

"This is our third stay here. The location is excellent, especially if you have kids. The green and the beach are right at the front of the hotel and the amusement arcades just a 2 minute walk along from it. The rooms aren’t as modern as you would expect for the cost and the shower and bath are a little worn looking round the sealant and the sofa bed wasn’t great but overall we had a good stay. The food in the restaurant is good it was our first time eating in it. They have an ok gluten free selection at dinner. I think breakfast is overpriced at £15 each regardless of whether you take the full fry or not. There’s a small selection of gluten free items but no actual gf offerings for the fry or pancakes and no kids breakfast so we did feel a bit robbed in that! "
