"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Although the room was smaller than it appeared on the pictures, it was very clean, with comfortable bed. The staff was super pleasant. The only negative would be the lack of privacy - we could hear the loud occupants across from us, and any noise from the corridor. My husband was not happy with the fact that there was no complimentary coffee/tea maker and fridge. The location for us was spot-on. "

"As soon as we got to our room I received a personal text from a staff member asking if everything was ok….a real person, not AI. The staff member took care of a little detail and he was efficient and professional. Great customer service. I also had an issue in the am with breakfast and the manager promptly took care of it! I will always stay at a Doubletree."
