Really clean room, staff is super friendly, kids were sad the indoor pool wasnt open. Biggest complaints was the smell of the water, very minimal pressure of water in the shower ( dont wash your hair the shampoo wont come out) and the beds were hard as a rock. I would stay here again but definitely bring stuff to prepare for these minor issues.

Stayed here for a few days for work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the room was satisfactory for the price. I wish the television was bit more modern with options for chromecast or connecting to my streaming services. The restaurant right next door is surprisingly good and I'd recommend it to anyone that stays here if they want a good dinner. If I'm ever in the area I'll stay here again and be happy I saved some money coming here vs some more expensive options.

Room was quiet and clean and bigger than I expected. Mattresses were firm and supportive. Check in and check out was easy. Only thing I didn't like was the water. It was very hard and had the smell of iron and there were water stains in the shower. I think they need a better water treatment system. Only stayed one night and it was good for a short stay.

The room was fine. Primarily rented the room for use of the pool that was advertised open. The pool area lights were turned off and when turned on, many bulbs were out-the pool water was super cold and we asked the staff to turn on the heater-there was no heat on in the pool area either. Staff said that the heater needed 2 days to heat the pool, and stated he could not turn it on without his managers approval, and she was in Florida. While the children froze trying to swim, staff came out and the same man stated that actually the heater was broken. Another time that day he came and said it was an unheated pool. Obviously these are all lies as they did not want to use the pool heater. We used it until the kids were too cold and left until the next morning. We returned to swim again but again no heat was to be had. This hotel is not being honest about the pool. We were quite disappointed. I read another review that spoke of the pool and had a similar experience. Just bad business.
