"There is nothing to like about this property. They had no knowledge of my booking through Expedia when I ran to check but then subsequently told me that the room was still available and they booked the room directly for me. I heard nothing from them prior to my arrival regarding key code entry to the property and to the room. "I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking...

"Absolutely unfit for rental. No bulbs in lamps. No towels. Only boiling water in the shower - unable to take a shower. We had to go to lesure centre to be able to shower. Never again."

"Owner was super nice and very accommodating with our change of schedule (due to train issues). Place was clean. No A/C (that we were aware of), which we opened the window. Unfortunately, it was a Friday night and the people outside were a bit loud for awhile (not the owner’s fault). The only downside was we found out we were only renting a room when we arrived, not the apartment itself. Great location and close to the cruise terminals."
