Every detail of this home has been perfected & you will be wow'd as soon as you step through the front door. It has modern & bright rooms which either overlook the sea or the garden.

*Hallway*
Huge space with lots of storage to hang your jackets, take off your flip flops, park your sun hats. From the large hallway you can reach the stairs, downstairs WC, cinema room and then step forward into the kitchen and living space.

*Cinema Room*

Lock down the electric blinds, switch on the projector and sink into the recliner cinema chairs to watch your favourite movies. Perfect for rainy day's activity or for an evening wind down after a day busy exploring Whitstable.

The smallest room in the house and perfectly up to the job!


*Kitchen/Dining/Living Room*
This room is the heart of the home and opens up to the garden with enormous glass doors. The kicthen is packed full of the latest gadgets with a full size oven/grill/mircrowave/nesprosso/dishwasher and hob.

The large dining table has plenty of room for a banquet meal or a quick breakfast, and the lounge area has a wall mounted TV and comfy seating for 8 people.

It's the perfect space to make family memories, you can cook, eat and relax together. If anyone in the group is craving quiet time to watch TV or read a book then there is always the Sitting Room (first floor with seaviews) or the Cinema Room.

*FIRST FLOOR*

*Sitting Room*

With awesome sea views, this room is perfect for enjoying some quiet time either looking out to sea, reading a book or catching up on some Netflix. There's a funky pink sofa and occasional seating.

*2 x Double Bedrooms*

Each bedroom has a very comfortable double bed, places to store your clothes and views to the garden.

*1 x Double Bedroom with En Suite*
Amazing sea view from this room, a comfortable double bed, an ensuite with walk in shower and stacks of hanging space. This room is a favourite.

*Family Bathroom*
To service the 2 x double bedrooms, this bathroom has a spacious walk in shower and lots of room to do your hair and make-up.

*SECOND FLOOR*
Master Suite: Superking Bedroom, Separate bathroom, Walk in wardrobe & balcony with seating.

This whole floor is a dedicated suite for two people. The huge bed looks directly out to sea and you can enjoy waking up to the views and stepping out onto the balcony. The bathroom boasts seaviews as well as large bath and walk in shower.

The walk in wardobe is a helpful space and features a dressing area and a small safe..

*OUTSIDE*

Pool Room - the indoor pool can be used for fitness training as it has an infinity setting. Or simply enjoy a splash around with family. All children must be supervised when in the pool room.

The pool room also has a pinball machine and table football, plus a few seats so you can enjoy the pool area together. There is also a WC in this outbuilding.

The garden is decked with natural planting inspired by the sea scape around us. There's a table for 8 and a few sun loungers for those relaxing days.

At the rear you can park 3 cars in a secure space - so if you are bringing an expensive car you can be sure it's locked away.

Full and private access to the whole house & garden

We have the local team of Rachel and Spencer from Key Retreats Limited looking after our home and our guests. They are available should you need support.

We welcome families, the house is perfectly located for an enjoyable family holiday but we have Pool Rules which include:

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult when using the pool
No glass in the garden or pool room.

We do NOT allow parties and ask that guests are quiet in the garden after dark.
