The top floor is home to an open-plan living area that flows seamlessly onto a large balcony, perfect for taking in sunset vistas.

Waves 8 - Hamilton Island

This is a unique property with the most breathtaking west facing water views.
This is a 3 level villa. Enter via the ground level and up one flight of stairs to the middle level where all 4 bedrooms are. 3 large bedrooms with King beds – 2 of the bedrooms can be split into singles, then a smaller 4th bedroom ideal for the kids with bunk beds.
The 3rd and top floor is the amazing open plan living, dining and kitchen. All open out via floor to ceiling glass doors to the large balcony. You will love the stunning sunset views.

Bedroom 3: King or 2 x singles
Bedroom 4: Bunks
Portacot (BYO Linen), highchair, car seat

Includes 1x 4 seater buggy
