This cabin was everything it says it is! View was amazing. You are on top of a mountain! So quiet and peaceful. Only thing I would suggest is they change out the beds it’s time for new ones!

A Quiet Place

We absolutely loved this cabin and would love to stay again. The road in is very steep and narrow but manageable. The kitchen is very well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. Gorgeous views, wonderful hot tub and fire pit.

A Wonderful Perch To View Fall Foliage

Shooting Star Ridge was everything we expected and more. The cabin was lovely and clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Having a fireplace was just the right touch. The view from the cabin was breathtaking.

Absolutely GREAT Rental!!!

We loved our stay at the Shooting Star…. My husband and I were traveling with another couple and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay!!! The house was spotless and the outside setting was amazing… the gazebo, fire pit and hottub!!! The weather was beautiful also… the morning we left it started raining and the next few days were when Hurricane Helene hit… we were in Gatlinburg by then and other than the rain we were safe!!!! Would definitely go back again or recommend!!!

Best views around

My husband and I stayed for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect. The house was quaint and perfect. The views from the hot tub were phenomenal we saw so many stars in the sky. Just short drive to Bryson City were we lunched and shopped and the casino where we had a great time. Will be back for sure.
