"It started off not good as I had booked to stay in one of the train cars...but upon arrival we were told the reservation was for a suite. Anyway the new manager apologized (a very sweet girl) and went way out of her way to make our stay wonderful which it was. Our suite was beautiful!!! and “Elsie’s Daughter” restaurant on site was very memorable and food and staff was top notch. Just a note: The reservation mixup was with Expedia so double check when making a reservation."

"The pool was indoor, but very cold, the pool towels very small and thin. Breakfast was minimal. But, other than that our stay was good. The Restaurant next door was excellent! Asian and Latin food!"

"Our stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Chattanooga was exceptional. Each and every member of the staff was courteous, friendly, and wanted to be helpful. The facilities were mostly new and well maintained. Our room was large with typical amenities but included a walk-in shower, lounge chair, and very comfortable beds. The views from the upper floors while not extraordinary included open areas of shopping and well maintained businesses. The evening "kickoff" and breakfast buffets offered variety and quality. While the price went beyond our typical budget, the experience offered real value that we will consider again."
