"The property itself is simply stunning. The staff is amazing and super helpful and friendly. I’ve never been to another country and felt so comfortable like at home even though we didn’t speak the same language. They all try very hard and do good at what they do to provide an excellent experience. We booked tours through the concierge on property and there were some of the best tours we’ve ever done. The people of Phuket all help one another to make sure everyone has a good time and great experience. The Villa was clean and the hotel staff had plenty of bottled water in our room, rooms and complementary snack snacks. The views of this property are some of the best views around highly recommend. We will be back."
