There was no hair drier the room and they ended up changing oir room after we asked 4 times for one as well as towels. There was also no breakfast. Everyone was nice and we were able to check in early.
I did not stay at this property. The entire place was filthy and there were undersirable people hanging around the parking lot and in the lobby as We arrived. Requested to see the room and staff stated ' Did you see the pictures on the website"?. The rooms smelled and the carpet, chairs, walls and bedspread were covered with stains.and vomit in the elevator.

Place is fine to stay, not major concerns but if you’re looking for an upscale place to stay, this is not it.
Nobody was ever at the front desk. Nobody answered the phone
When I did ger ahold of the front desk rhe person who answered told me he was a long term desk and nobody would be available to help me until the next day. There was no front desk or any mngt that day! He was told to answer the phone and help people with simple questions.
This is an older hotel and I was concerned that it may not have the highest level of cleanliness. When we showed up to our room there was a spot on the bed that looked like something had spilled but not been cleaned up. The front desk person was very slow and made a few comments to my family that made us uncomfortable. In all honesty, I did not feel safe in this hotel. It is not located in the best area of town either. To top it all off we had left a few brand new shirts in one of our rooms on accident. We called the hotel and they had found them. However the gentleman at the front desk told us if we didn’t come by midnight to get them that they would likely not be there the next day then he hung up. We called back and he gave us the same explanation and hung up on us again. Very disturbing behavior. Our family will not return to this hotel.
Staff was friendly but the hotel could use some TLC. Didn’t feel like room was entirely cleaned throughly nor was the commons area in the lobby. No breakfast was served. Family had planned on eating our fast food at the tables but chairs and table did not appear wiped down. We are in a pandemic so that discouraged us and instead ate in the room.Dried paint on the bathroom countertop. Could be a fairly nice place if cleaned better.
Not worth the price I paid. Just across from the hospital within walking distance so I’m sure that is why they can charge a higher price per night.

Liked: Staff & service
None of the staff was wearing masks which made me uncomfortable. The air condition in the room smelled like mildew and didn't remove the humidity from the room.
Room was OK, but could not get TV to work right. Called desk for help, he came up and got it working and left. Less then 3 minutes it stopped again. Called him back, he came back, but seemed upset that I called back. But got it working again. But it only worked for a few minutes like before. This time I packed up went down to the desk and asked to be refunded for the room and that I was going to another hotel. He said I could leave, but no refund! He did move me to another room on the top floor. As soon as I got off the elever I could a awful smell from the carpet. And the TV in that room had the same problem as the first one. I went back down to compleain
Clearly drug sales/use going on. Took one look at the room , left and found something decent. It stunk , curtains were shredded in room. Vagrants smoking at the front entryway. Disgusting. We checked in, watched continually , looked at the room , took our bags and left. Stayed somewhere else. For the same price
This is my 2nd time coming to this hotel and I had a great stay. It is located near downtown so I love that it is convenient to anywhere within walking distance.
The happy hour welcome is gone. The omelet bar is gone. There is no breakfast meat and no hot chocolate packets were put out the morning we were there. Our room with 2 Queen beds only had one chair. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: I liked the style of it-- very attractive. The beds were comfortable, and even the many little pillows made it easier to find a comfortable sleep position. Desk staff were friendly and helpful, and even though something went wrong with the reservations I had done online, the manager worked with us and was able to get us rooms close together at the price stated online (important because I had students with me that I needed to supervise). Even the single rooms had two beds, which made it nice to have a choice on where to sleep. Cons: Lights from the parking lot shone directly in room windows, so sleeping with the curtains open for the beautiful view meant finding a location where the light was blocked. The area where the hotel is at is right in the middle of the highest homeless/drug addict/crime areas in Wichita, but little effort was made for security. There were two tufts of hair in my bed, one under one of my pillows and one between the sheets, probably animal. One of our rooms smelled like it had been lit on fire at some point. People were arguing and fighting in the parking lot until 4 a.m., and people down the hall were playing music at high volume and smoking pot in their "no smoking" room-- the smell filled the whole floor (after we complained and suggested that the front desk charge that room for smoking the music stopped and it seemed the group checked out, but by then it smelled like a skunk had been torched in the hallway). I won't stay there again
