No coffee was left in the room. Had to go to office to get some. Floor was a little dirty, Everytime we'd walk across the floor and laid down on bed the white sheets would have dirt on them. As for the staff, he was very pleasant and helpful. Check in was great and he got right on making coffee when asked after containers ran out at breakfast. Beds where very comfortable.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. The room had the normal door lock. But no 2nd lock. Stairs close to my room were uneven & the metal was rusty. The stairs closer to the office looked nicer. But my room was closer to the back stairs.

My stay was just about as perfect as one could ask for. Nice clean hotel at a very reasonable price. It's hard to find that combination these days. I would highly recommend the Baymont in El Dorado.

We have stayed here multiple times as a family and have never had any issues. Everything is clean, some minor repairs in the bathroom would be beneficial, they have Dove hair and body products to use in their shower, the pillows and linens are comfy. The staff was friendly and always available.

Staff was very courteous. Floors were dirty, some kind of metal sheathing was around bed frame and it made loud noise everytime you bumped it. Couldn’t really sleep because when you would move on the bed the metal would make noise. Until around midnight you could hear the guys next door loudly partying….not a good hotel for families.

Positives: Quiet and a new floor. Motel 6 in the 1960s and 1970s was better. If you have heard of a business operating on the cheap, well that Baymont could be the model for being the cheapest around. I suppose every chain has to have a motel at the bottom of the list but that Baymont is an embarrassment to the chain.

A gross hotel.

This hotel was gross. There was a ceiling square hanging down and open, very dusty, dead bugs on the floor, candy wrappers on the floor beside the beds, sticky counters, even slimy streaks of something on the front of the tv. The bathroom looked clean and the bed was comfortable,

Good hotel

The room and amenities were good. I don't have anything negative to say about the room or the staff. Check in with easy. This is the second time we've stayed and had terribly noisy neighbors throughout the night though.
