Could’ve been a lot better roaches were seen multiple times in multiple location hair everywhere in the bathroom and also on the comforter

Older motel but recently rennovated. Ok for a night while driving through the area. I was not expecting the room entrances to be from the outside. I thought it was a bit over priced for what we got. Other chain hotels in this same area are nearby. The room did have a lot of space and the staff was friendly.

Clean, nice simple room!

The room was very clean and nice. If you're looking for all the amenities of the big name hotels/motels, keep looking. This is a basic room...no facial tissues, hair dryer or alarm clock. Room comes with a comfortable bed and a hot shower with exceptional water pressure.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! The whole parking lot was glare ice and very hard snow patches. I almost slipped and fell multiple times. My por dog froze his paws and no where to do his duties. Phone didn’t work and they did nothing to fix it. The bathroom was gross and bed linens not very clean. If we hadn’t been so tired after driving 12 plus hours we would have left.

Bad Heritage Inn in El Dorado, Kansas!

No hot water at night, finally able to get it somewhat hot in morning. Only one hand towel, one glass and no facial tissue. No record of reservation in their computer, had to show them my email confirming reservation. Darrel

I will not be staying here again.

To start with, the deadbolt on the door didn't work and the door often would not latch. This left a very uncomfortable feeling. The bathroom mirror had some king of paint on the surface that had not been fully cleaned off. It was also very loud with road noise, but they couldn't help that. There were other things, but those were the most irksome

This was our second stay at this property in the last few months. It was good enough the first time that we were comfortable booking again. Huge mistake. When i say the room was filthy, i am not exaggerating. To the manager's credit, he did move us to another room but that room, although not filthy, was still not clean. It was clear that the bedding was not clean and the towels were dirty. Unless you have no other option, i suggest booking elsewhere. I know we willbe doing so.

It’s obvious they aren’t in the business of having a decently maintained business. Half the lights in my room didn’t work, the AC sounded like it was going to fall out of the wall, and the paint was cracking, peeling, or non existent.
