The place was beautiful and very spacious. If you are looking for a nice comfortable stay in the down town area, this is definitely the place to stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere the place presented. Dave was very easy to work with on getting our stay put together. We give this place a 10, would definitely do it again.

Great stay.

Place was very unique, clean, and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. Easy to book, check in, and check out. Only downside as listed and other reviews is that it is above a bar. During our Monday though Thursday night stay could hear the music thumping until about 11:30 PM. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Getaway

Spent 3 nights at this property with son, daughter-in-law & grandchildren and had a great time ringing in the New Year! We loved the large table for playing games & the overall spaciousness of the loft. The location was convenient for us to walk to local establishments for food & drinks. Dave was very responsive to all questions & requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Home was above what we expected. Great location and close to many restaurants and night clubs. this location is great for a business trip or when traveling with adults only. Be mindful that Music is loud at night and if traveling with little kids or infants it would be hard for them to fall asleep.

Perfect place for a small group!

The owner's communication was clear and extremely thorough. I sincerely appreciated all the detail included. The loft was gorgeously designed and decorated, and a pleasure to stay in. The beds and bedding were wonderful and gave us all a restful night's sleep. The next time I come to Wichita, I'll be checking for availability here first!

If you love history you will love this place!

This was a beautiful historical loft in Old Town. Lots restaurants/bars and shops within walking distance. Love the old industrial themed furnishings. Amazing master suite. Loved the swinging bed. This loft had every thing you would need. Owner was extremely nice and communicated well. This is the perfect place to stay in Wichita. Love Love Love The Gashaw’s from Tennessee

Most Awesome Place Ever!

Pictures do not do this place justice!!! Everything from furniture to decor was spectacularly awesome! We could not stop taking pictures at such a beautiful place. We were expecting Ashton Kutcher or Eric Church to walk out of a room at any time as this place is movie/video quality! Instructions were detailed and spot on. The location is extremely convenient within walking distance to everything you want to see. We loved it!

Training

We utilized this property for 1 night while we were in town for a training. The property owner was very kind and easy to get ahokd of for any questions we had. The loft had plenty of room to sleep everyone. Nice tv to watch the games on. The air conditioning definitely worked well. The only complaint was the smell of tacos from the restaurant. We had a great time. It was a great location and easy walking distance to the Pump House.

The Biggin’s flat is just as noted by the host in the description. It was actually fun to stay above a restaurant and club. The only down side is the back bedroom gets pretty warm at night as it’s directly above the kitchen of the restaurant. I did not find the fan until the morning but we managed and had a wonderful time.

We love staying at the Old Town Loft. It is a perfect location for an early flight out of Witchita.The owner is very receptive & easy to work with. We enjoy having Emerson Biggins right down the stairs.This was our 2nd time staying & will definitely return.

Absolutely loved this unit! We stayed the weekend here to celebrate our anniversary and went to a concert. The location is great! It's in the center of everything so we walked aeverywhere. Due to it being located on top of Emerson Biggins, you do here some of that sound/music from the bar. Didn't bother us one bit, but you may find it more annoying if you're looking for a quiet night. When we contacted the host I got immediate response. He was very quick to respond and take care of whatever we needed. This is a place I'd come back and stay every chance I could. The unit itself is beautiful! It's slightly remodeled but they kept it so untouched and original at the same time. Absolutely loved this place!!!
