The property itself was great. The parking, check in, and check out was awful. I have already talked with Trinity suites and vector travel about those issues. Thanks

Great location
The space was great. The process to get the key and to turn the key in was frustrating ! Both times we had issue. Needs to be smoother

I like the exercise room and the game room on the 7th floor. Only thing is the battery to the fire alarm was out so the thing was chirpping. Good thing maintenance came by within 30 mins to put in a new battery.
All in all I would stay there again.

Little outdated and worn for a newer property. Bathroom light broken, sink doesn’t drain. Musty and dank smelling hallways. Easy enough check in if you know your way around.

The TP holder was broken & taped to the wall with packing tape.
Had minimal kitchen stuff. 1 laundry pod. Would be better if there were 2 pods. Only slept & used bathroom area. Used washer/dryer.

The building was very nice i loved that they have a little dog park but the swimming pool was only 1 foot deep. The couch was very uncomfortable it was broken should be replaced. The trash slot that everyone uses is on the side by the bedroom and was kind loud at all hours of the night.

Not terrible
Ummmm the pool is 1 foot deep. They don’t tell u that part. Also- if arriving after hours it’s kind of complicated to get into the place and figure it out, there’s no directions but th ease of no contact and walking right in to get the key was awesome! Would stay again especially now that I don’t expect to use the pool to actually swim and now I know how to get in!

I was never granted access to the property and left two messages with no response, I was forced to find other last minute accommodations. I will be seeking a full refund or legal action.

Lacked attention to detail
Very disappointing. No hot water in the bathroom or kitchen, no bedding for the futon bed, no coffee cups, very limited simple kitchen item. The elevator entrance was located in a extremely dark parking lot.
While the loft was very nice and had everything you needed; full kitchen, washer/dryer, full bath, comfortable bed, TV, etc., the experience to get into it was enough to deter me from doing this again. The instructions were so unclear that even the wonderful customer service individual had no idea what to tell me. I finally found the entrance after wandering around for 30 minutes. Then, I had to park a block and a half away in a garage that charges you $12.00 a night. I had to watch where I walked on the sidewalk as there was feces everywhere. The lobby was decent, but the hallway of the 7th floor smelled like a barn. Again, the loft was wonderful, just wish it was more convenient to stay there.

The apartments were cute and the amenities were great. Specific to our apartment we stayed in, the bed frame was damaged and it felt like I was going to roll off. Bedding was cozy though. The bathroom ceiling light didn’t work, so the bathroom was dark. There were workers (maybe renovating?) but they slammed the doors for an hour every 3 minutes coming in and out. There was no parking. Also, it was super hard to figure out where to go to get keys and what building to stay in and the people at ReNew were super rude about helping us, even though they lease to Vector and ultimately make money through them. I needed help prior to my stay and I had to call on three different occasions because the lines were busy and kept going to voicemail. That being said, my boyfriend enjoyed the place, it’s downtown and we got a good deal. So if you can manage little annoyances, it’s not a bad place to stay.

Pre check-in was awful. After booking, I got a suspicious email saying to click a link & provide credit card. It didn’t mention Expedia, Wichita, a recognizable reservation #, or the property name. I went to Expedia to confirm & saw a fraud alert message to NOT provide card info to such messages.
The emails kept coming, so I contacted Expedia chat. The rep didn’t seem to understand my concern, but assured me I had a reservation & said they contacted the property on my behalf; I didn’t need to do anything else.
Instructions from Expedia when I booked said I would get info 48 hours before checkin. Since it was now 24 hours til arrival & I had no instructions, I crossed my fingers, clicked the link & provided my credit card which was immediately authorized for 200 (still pending 2 days after check out).
I got an email with instructions to locate a key safe in the parking garage (which I was forbidden to use). I later got a voicemail message explaining there were issues with the key box & to call on arrival.
I parked a block away, walked to their dark garage & called an 800 number. The agent said she had opened the door to the leasing office. No doors opened, & she was describing features that didn’t exist. She was looking at the wrong property. I roamed the garage trying all doors. We got disconnected. After 20 minutes in the cold, she got the door to the key safe open.
Room was fair. Lamps next to bed didn’t work & the carpet was shabby, but otherwise OK.

The apartment was in a great location and was easy to find. There were several things that were unsatisfactory. The elevator to the 9th floor was out of service and we had to take the stairs up with our luggage and had to walk the maze of apartments since there were no clear signs to where the apartment was located. The apartment itself was somewhat clean with the exception of bird poop on the window sill. There were no hangers and no iron and ironing board for our clothes. The carpet in the hallway throughout the apartment floor was filthy and it smelled. It was obvious that the residents had to bring their trash throughout the building and it leaked on the hallway floors. The foyer smelled of urine and trash. Communication with customer service was difficult and had to be done via email so the responses were slow. We wanted to check in early but was unable to get a timely response so we had to wait several hours before being allowed to enter the apartment.

We've stayed at this property multiple times before when in Wichita. It's very comfortable with a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the apartment. It's also very secure quiet and has a nice rooftop BBQ area with a fire pit. However, there is no longer any parking allowed in the building's parking garage so you either have to find street parking or park in a fee based lot that is quite inconvenient especially in inclement weather. However, we were able to find close street parking so did not have to walk far to access the building. Because of the parking situation, we more than likely will not stay at this property on future trips to Wichita.

The accommodations were great. The directions and finding this place was horrible. In the description it said there was a Starbucks next door and it was 3 blocks away. I had to walk several blocks to locate the correct building.

No parking! There isn't even a space to park to unload your bags. I had to park a block away and carry my luggage in the rain. Room was next to a 4th floor dog park for residents and the whole floor smelled like piss.
Parking wasn’t included, which made it a bit of a walk to and from the car having to park a block and a half away. I also never got check in instructions until I called the company.
This was an awesome place for the money. Old Downtown is great...lots of bars and shopping. The ONLY thing I would have changed is that check in time needs to be earlier than 4 and when I tried to arrange that I was unable to do so.

Great convenient place in downtown Wichita
The Old Town Luxury Lofts were perfect for a visit to family. I could prepare my own meals when not eating out and there was room to relax and unwind in a "I'm at home way".
The only down side was parking. There just weren't enough spots in the designated area. But I will definitely book here again next time I'm visiting family in Wichita!

Missing the luxury
Building hallways not so clean, some refurbishing going on. Apartment itself mostly clean. Carpet a bit stained and tired looking. Tops of light fixtures and top of refrigerator pretty dusty. Crumbs in microwave.
I would not call it "luxury". Very basic. Walls are apparently thin, could easily hear conversations next door and everything in hallway. Great linens though.

checking in and out was chaotic!
i did not receive anything from the company prior to arrivng in Wichita. The address I had was incorrect and no information about where the room actually was or how to access it. The address I had was an empty building but I noticed the building across the street had the same name on the building. The young lady in the office gave me a card for the management company line. The call was answered by a woman who spoke very rudimentary English. That combined with roosters crowing and babies crying in the background made getting a clear understanding of their requirements difficult. on checkout, the FOB system for the kiosk did not work.
