"Room was "clean" but the general condition of the kitchen & bathroom was not good. Damp & mouldy door frames, smells damp, curtain blind would only half shut. Whatever room was above mine had someone who stomped around & sounded like they were dragging furniture every night until around midnight. Staff were friendly to deal with via email but communication was patchy in regards to adding a towel to my room & feedback in regards to the condition of the room.
